Short title This Act may be cited as the Firearms Amendment Act 2007 . 2. Commencement (1) Except as provided by this section, this Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent. (2) The provisions of Part 3 commence on a day or days to be proclaimed. PART 2 - Firearms Act 1996 Amended 3.
