[Long title amended: No. 22 of 2012 s. 120.] 1 .Short title This Act may be cited as the Emergency Services Levy Act 2002 . 2 .Commencement This Act comes into operation on the day on which section 15 of the Fire and Emergency Services Legislation (Emergency Services Levy) Amendment Act 2002 comes into operation. 3 .Emergency services levy imposed The emergency services levy determined under Part 6A of the Fire and Emergency Services Act 1998 is imposed.
