No. 30/2013 Infringements Act 2006 Infringements (General) Amendment Regulations 2013 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 13 March 2013 Responsible Minister: ROBERT CLARK Attorney-General MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Infringements (General) Regulations 2006 to prescribe certain infringement offences under the Safety on Public Land Act 2004, the Water Act 1989 and the Wildlife Act 1975 as lodgeable infringement offences for the purposes of the Infringements Act 2006. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 168 of the Infringements Act 2006. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 13 March 2013. -- 2 of 5 -- S.R. No. 30/2013 Infringements (General) Amendment Regulations 2013 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 4 Principal Regulations In these Regulations, the Infringements (General) Regulations 2006 1 are called the Principal Regulations. 5 Amendment of Schedule 3—Water Act 1989 (1) For item 12.8 of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations substitute— "12.8 Clause 10 of Water Restriction By-Law No. 405.". (2) For item 12.11 of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations substitute— "12.11 Clause 10 of Water Restriction By-Law No. 105.". 6 Amendment of Schedule 3—Wildlife Act 1975 After item 14.1 of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations insert— "14.2 Section 22A(8) constituted by a contravention of regulation 19(1) of the Wildlife (Game) Regulations 2012. 14.3 Section 22A(8) constituted by a contravention of regulation 19(2) of the Wildlife (Game) Regulations 2012. 14.4 Section 22A(8) constituted by a contravention of regulation 23 of the Wildlife (Game) Regulations 2012. 14.5 Sections 28(1), 44(3), 58C(1) and 58D. 14.6 Regulations 11, 30, 32(1), 33(1)(a), 33(1)(b), 33(1)(c), 36(1), 36(2), 36(3), 37(1), 38(1), 39, 40, 42(1), 43(1)(a), 43(1)(b), 43(1)(c), 43(1)(d), 44, 45(1), 47, 48(1), 49(1), 50(1), 51, 52, 56(1), 56(2), 57, 58, 59, 60, 64(a), 64(b), 65, 66, 67(3), 68, 71(1) and 72(1) of the Wildlife (Game) Regulations 2012.". r. 4 -- 3 of 5 -- S.R.
