Short title This Act may be cited as the Commissions of Inquiry Amendment (Private Sessions Information) Act 2025 . 2. Commencement This Act is taken to have commenced on 1 March 2021. 3. Principal Act In this Act, the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4. The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1995 . 5.
