H. BENNETT Governor By His Excellency's Command, T. JOHN CLEARY Minister for Local Government 1. Short title This order may be cited as the Local Government (Highways) Order 1994 . 2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette . 3. Revocations The Statutory Rules specified in Schedule 1 to this order are revoked. 4. Bridges to be maintained or renewed by the State The bridges specified in Schedule 2 to this order are declared to be bridges that are to be maintained or renewed by the State.
