Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 1999
I make the following order under
section 5(4) of the
Mineral Resources Development Act 1995
. 26 April 1999 P. A. LENNON Minister for Infrastructure, Energy and Resources
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 1999 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Land and minerals exempt from the
Mineral Resources Development Act 1995
The land specified in
Schedule 1
to this order is exempt from the
Mineral Resources Development Act 1995
in respect of all minerals.
SCHEDULE 1 - Beaconsfield exempt area
All those areas of land in the land district of Devon comprising about 221 hectares shown hatched or marked by crosses and bounded by a heavy black line on Plan 4743 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in
Schedule 2
to this order.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 5 May 1999 This order is administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
