I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 39B of the
Local Government Act 1993 . 26 February 2001 G. S. M. GREEN Governor By His Excellency's Command, J. A. BACON Premier
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Local Government Act Order (No. 2) 2001 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Application of Part 3A of the
Local Government Act 1993
The North West Water Authority is an applicable authority for the purpose of Part 3A of the
Local Government Act 1993 . Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 7 March 2001 This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
