I make the following order under
section 137 of the
Local Government Act 1993
. 26 March 2002 J. A. Bacon Premier
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Local Government Order 2002 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Transfer of land to council
The land situated at 47 High Street Mathinna in Tasmania and contained in a folio of the Register, within the meaning of the
Land Titles Act 1980 , and shown in Certificate of Title, Volume 233456 Folio 3 is transferred to the Break O'Day Council. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 17 April 2002 This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
