Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 2002
I make the following order under
section 5(4) of the
Mineral Resources Development Act 1995
. 17 December 2002 P. A. LENNON Minister for Economic Development, Energy and Resources
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 2002 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on 5 February 2003.

Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2002
revoked
The
Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2002
is revoked. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 25 December 2002 This order is administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
