Local Government Order 2003
After consultation with the Central Highlands Council and being satisfied that it is appropriate to do so, I make the following order under
section 140(2) of the
Local Government Act 1993
. 21 May 2003 J. G. Cox Minister Assisting the Premier on Local Government
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Local Government Order 2003 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Transfer of land to council
The land situated at Ellendale Road at Westerway in Tasmania comprised in Volume 573191, Folio 1 of the register kept under
section 33 of the
Land Titles Act 1980
is to be transferred to the Central Highlands Council. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 4 June 2003 This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
