I make the following order under
section 26(1A)
of the
Justices Act 1959 . 26 July 2004 Judy Jackson Minister for Justice and Industrial Relations
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Justices Order 2004 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on 1 August 2004.
3.
Interpretation
In this order
the Act
means the
Justices Act 1959 .
4.

For the purpose of
section 26(1A)
