Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2004
I make the following order under
section 5(4) of the
Mineral Resources Development Act 1995
. 31 August 2004 BRYAN GREEN Minister for Infrastructure, Energy and Resources
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2004 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Land exempt from
Mineral Resources Development Act 1995
The areas of land specified in Schedule 1 to this order are declared to be exempt from the
Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .
SCHEDULE 1 - Exempt areas
All those areas of land in the land districts of Lincoln and Westmorland comprising about 10 square kilometres shown hatched and bounded by heavy black lines on Plan 6542 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 2 to this order.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 8 September 2004 This order is administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
