Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2005
I make the following order under section 5(4) of the
Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 . 22 February 2005 BRYAN GREEN Minister for Infrastructure, Energy and Resources
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2005 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Land exempt from
Mineral Resources Development Act 1995
The area of land specified in Schedule 1 to this order is declared to be exempt from the
Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .
SCHEDULE 1 - Exempt Areas
All that area of land in the land district of Wellington comprising about 14 square kilometres shown hatched and bounded by a heavy black line on Plan 6624 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 2 to this order.
SCHEDULE 2 - Plan
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 9 March 2005 This order is administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
