Mineral Resources Development (Fossil Site) Order 2005
I make the following order under
section 163(1) of the
Mineral Resources Development Act 1995
. 25 October 2005 BRYAN GREEN Minister for Infrastructure, Energy and Resources
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Mineral Resources Development (Fossil Site) Order 2005 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Fossil site
The area specified in
Schedule 1
to this order is declared to be a fossil site.

Clause 3
All that area of land comprising about 300 hectares in the vicinity of Boags Ridge shown hatched and bounded by a heavy black line on Plan 6860 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in
Schedule 2
to this order.
