A. LENNON Minister for Economic Development and Resources 1. Short title This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Application of Act) Order 2006 . 2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette . 3. Act applies to certain land The Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 is declared to apply to the forest reserves specified in Schedule 1 to this order.
