Gas (Exemption) Amendment Order 2007
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under
section 117 of the
Gas Act 2000
. 7 May 2007 W. J. E. COX Governor By His Excellency's Command, D. E. LLEWELLYN Minister for Energy
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Gas (Exemption) Amendment Order 2007 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Principal Order
In this order, the
Gas (Exemption) Order 2005
is referred to as the Principal Order.
4.
The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Gas (Exemption) Order 2005 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 16 May 2007 This order is administered in the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
