Spirits Act 1923

SPIRITS. No. 6 of 1923. An Act to amend the Spirits Act 1906-1918. [Assented to 11th August, 1923.] BE it enacted by the King ’ s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:— Short title and citation. 1. —(1.) This Act may be cited as the Spirits Act 1923. (2.) The Spirits Act 1906-1918, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Spirits Act 1906-1923. Incorporation of Part XI . of the Customs Act 1901- 19 22. 2. Section four of the Spirits Act 1906-1918 is amended by inserting therein after the word “ Parts ” the number “ X I. ” .
