(2) In this section— Coen area means— (a) the area shown as the Coen area on plan no. AP19403 held by the natural resources department; and (b) an area adjacent to or contiguous to the area mentioned in paragraph (a) and described in schedule 1 , part 1 . Hope Vale area means— (a) the area of the Hope Vale Shire Council; and (b) an area adjacent to or contiguous to the area mentioned in paragraph (a) and described in schedule 1 , part 2 . Mossman Gorge area means — (a) the area shown as the Mossman Gorge area on plan no. AP19404 held by the natural resources department; and (b) an area adjacent to or contiguous to the area mentioned in paragraph (a) and described in schedule 1 , part 3 . natural resources department means the department in which the Land Title Act 1994 is administered. 3 Prescribed entity— Act , s 44 For section 44(7) of the Act , definition social housing , paragraph (b), Bamanga Bubu Ngadimunku Inc. is prescribed. 4 Repeal The Family Responsibilities Commission Regulation 2008 , SL No. 169 is repealed.
