1 Short title
This regulation may be cited as the
Place Names Regulation 2015 .
2 Excluded places
The following places are prescribed for section 4 (2)(g) of the Act — (a) a marine park under the
Marine Parks Act 2004 ;
(b) a protected area under the
Nature Conservation Act 1992 .
