G. COX Minister for Local Government 1. Short title This order may be cited as the Local Government Order 2008 . 2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette . 3. Transfer of land to Launceston City Council The land situated at Powers Road, Underwood in Tasmania comprised in Volume 107338, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 is transferred to the Launceston City Council. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .
