(2) The land mentioned in schedule 1 , column 1 is the subject of the declaration. (3) Each interest mentioned in schedule 1 , column 2 opposite the land is an ongoing interest for the land. (4) The purpose for declaring the land is stated in schedule 1 , column 3 opposite the land.
