Hospital Foundations Regulation 2018
1 Short title
This regulation may be cited as the
Hospital Foundations Regulation 2018 .
2 Commencement
This regulation commences on 1 July 2018.
3 Bodies corporate continuing as foundations— Act , s 86
For section 86 (2) of the Act , the names of the foundations are stated in schedule 1 .
4 Establishment of foundations— Act , s 12
For section 12 of the Act , each foundation listed in schedule 2 is established and has the name listed in the schedule.
