Local Government Order 2011
I make the following order under
section 137(1)(b) of the
Local Government Act 1993
. 12 April 2011 BRYAN GREEN Minister for Local Government
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Local Government Order 2011 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Transfer of land to Northern Midlands Council
The land situated at 24 Mary Street, Perth in Tasmania comprised in General Law Conveyance Number 8/3966 is transferred to the Northern Midlands Council. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 27 April 2011 This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
