Local Government Order (No. 2) 2012
I make the following order under
section 89B(8) of the
Local Government Act 1993
. 20 June 2012 BRYAN GREEN Minister for Local Government
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Local Government Order (No. 2) 2012 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Interpretation
In this order
Act
means the
Local Government Act 1993 .
4.
Relevant percentage
(1)
For the purposes of
sections 90(5)(a)
and
107(2B)(a)
of the Act, the relevant percentage in respect of the Central Highlands Council for the 2012-2013 financial year is 67 per cent.
(2)
For the purposes of
sections 90(5)(b)
and
107(2B)(b)
of the Act, the relevant percentage in respect of the Central Highlands Council is as follows:
(a) 59 per cent, for the 2013-2014 financial year;
(b) 51 per cent, for the 2014-2015 financial year;
(c) 43 per cent, for the 2015-2016 financial year.

Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 27 June 2012 This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
