Duties (Recognised Stock Exchange) Order 2012
I make the following order under
section 254 of the
Duties Act 2001
. 6 July 2012 LARA GIDDINGS Treasurer
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Duties (Recognised Stock Exchange) Order 2012 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Recognised stock exchange
The New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX) is declared to be a recognised stock exchange for the purpose of the
Duties Act 2001 . Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 18 July 2012 This order is administered in the Department of Treasury and Finance.
