Short title This order may be cited as the Local Government Order (No. 3) 2012 . 2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette . 3. Transfer of land to Launceston City Council The land situated at 205-209 Windermere Road, Windermere in Tasmania comprised in certificate of title Volume 241479, Folio 1 of the register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Launceston City Council. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .
