1 Short title
This notice may be cited as the
Professional Standards (Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2021 .
2 Commencement
Section 4 commences on 1 September 2021.
3 Approval of interstate scheme— Act , s 14
The Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Professional Standards Scheme is an interstate scheme that has been approved by the appropriate council for Victoria.
Notes—
1 See— (a) section 15 of the Act for when the scheme commences; and
(b) section 33 of the Act for the period for which the scheme remains in force.
2 A copy of the scheme is available on the council’s website.
4 Repeal
The
Professional Standards (Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited Professional Standards Scheme) Notice 2016 , SL No. 107 is repealed.
