Conveyancing Order 2012
I make the following order under
section 3(2) of the
Conveyancing Act 2004
. 20 December 2012 NICK MCKIM Minister for Corrections and Consumer Protection
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Conveyancing Order 2012 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Application of
Conveyancing Act 2004
The application of the
Conveyancing Act 2004
is extended to the following instruments prepared for the purposes of the
Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884 :
(a) contracts for the sale of land;
(b) instruments amending contracts for the sale of land.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 26 December 2012 This order is administered in the Department of Justice.
