1 Short title
This declaration may be cited as the
Queen’s Wharf Brisbane (Relevant Entity) Declaration 2021 .
2 Relevant entity— Act , s 17
For section 17 (1)(c) of the Act , each of the following entities is declared to be a relevant entity— (a) Destination Brisbane Consortium Integrated Resort Financing Pty Ltd ACN 608 539 984;
(b) Destination Brisbane Consortium Integrated Resort Financing 2 Pty Ltd ACN 608 539 993.
