(2) The value of a fee unit for an Act or part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 is— (a) from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2025—$1.060; and (b) from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026—$1.096; and (c) from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027—$1.133; and (d) from 1 October 2027 to 30 September 2028—$1.172; and (e) from 1 October 2028—$1.212. (3) The value of a fee unit for an Act or part of an Act mentioned in schedule 1 , part 3 is— (a) from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025—$1.060; and (b) from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026—$1.096; and (c) from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027—$1.133; and (d) from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2028—$1.172; and (e) from 1 January 2029—$1.212.
