Preliminary
1 Short title
This regulation may be cited as the
Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland) Regulation 2022 .
2 Commencement
This regulation commences on 2 September 2022.

Central governing bodies
3 Central governing bodies—Act, s 32
For section 32 of the Act, definition
central governing body , the following entities are prescribed— (a) Catholic Education Queensland Ltd ACN 689 899 223;
(b) Independent Schools Queensland Ltd ACN 614 893 140;
(c) Queensland Lutheran Early Childhood Services;
(d) The Creche and Kindergarten Association Limited ACN 150 737 849;
(e) The Gowrie (Qld) Inc.
