Local Government Order (No. 2) 2014
I make the following order under
section 137(1)(b) of the
Local Government Act 1993
. 13 January 2014 BRYAN GREEN Minister for Local Government
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Local Government Order (No. 2) 2014 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Transfer of land to Clarence City Council
The land situated at 60 Belbins Road, Lindisfarne in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 214768, Folio 1 of the Register kept under
section 33
of the
Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Clarence City Council. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 19 February 2014 This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
