Annulled Convictions Order 2014
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under the
Annulled Convictions Act 2003 . 18 June 2014 A. M. BLOW Lieutenant-Governor By His Excellency's Command, Dr. Vanessa Goodwin Minister for Justice
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Annulled Convictions Order 2014 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which the provisions of the
Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013
commence.
3.
Principal Act
In this order, the
Annulled Convictions Act 2003
is referred to as the Principal Act.
4.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Annulled Convictions Act 2003 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 25 June 2014 This order is administered in the Department of Justice.
