Local Government (Land Transfer) Order 2014
After consultation with the Break O'Day Council and being satisfied that it is appropriate to do so, I make the following order under
section 140(2) of the
Local Government Act 1993
. 2 December 2014 PETER GUTWEIN Minister for Planning and Local Government
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Local Government (Land Transfer) Order 2014 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Transfer of land to Break O'Day Council
The following land is transferred to the Break O'Day Council:
(a) the land situated at Main Street, St Marys in Tasmania comprised in certificate of title Volume 223553, Folio 1;
(b) the land situated at Henry Street, Mangana in Tasmania comprised in certificate of title Volume 207270, Folio 7.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 17 December 2014 This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
