No. 99/2013 Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Act 1988 Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Amendment Regulations 2013 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 23 July 2013 Responsible Minister: DAVID HODGETT Minister for Ports YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Regulations 2012 to correct two incorrect references. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 105 of the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Act 1988. 3 Certificate under section 32A(4) In regulation 12C(h) of the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Regulations 20121 , for "12J(c)" substitute "10C(c)". -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
