Nature Conservation (Threatened Native Vegetation Communities) Order 2015
I make the following order under
section 76A(1) of the
Nature Conservation Act 2002
. 29 January 2015 MATTHEW GROOM Minister for Environment, Parks and Heritage
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Nature Conservation (Threatened Native Vegetation Communities) Order 2015 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Interpretation
The
Acts Interpretation Act 1931
applies to the interpretation of this order as if it were by-laws.
4.
Principal Act
In this order, the
Nature Conservation Act 2002
is referred to as the Principal Act.
5.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Nature Conservation Act 2002 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 11 February 2015 This order is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.
