Part 2 Dual sector entities 3 Dual sector entity— Act , s 57B For section 57B (1) of the Act , the Central Queensland University established under the Central Queensland University Act 1998 , section 4 is prescribed. 4 Prescribed amount— Act , s 57O For section 57O (1)(c) of the Act , the amount prescribed is $3,000,000. Part 3 Savings provision 5 Saving of operation of particular provisions of expired regulation (1) Sections 29 and 42 of the expired regulation are declared to be laws to which the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20A applies.
