The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows: 1 .Short title This Act may be cited as the New Tax System Price Exploitation Code (Taxing) Act 1999. 2 .Commencement This Act comes into operation on the day on which the New Tax System Price Exploitation Code (Western Australia) Act 1999 comes into operation. 3 .Imposition of tax To the extent that any fee referred to in section 34(2) of the New Tax System Price Exploitation Code (Western Australia) Act 1999 may be a tax, this Act imposes the fee.
