No. 101/2013 Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Act 1988 Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Amendment (Domestic Commercial Vessel National Law Application) Regulations 2013 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 30 July 2013 Responsible Minister: DAVID HODGETT Minister for Ports YVETTE CARISBROOKE Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Regulations 2012 as a result of amendments to the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Act 1988. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 105 of the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Act 1988. 3 Principal Regulations In these Regulations, the Marine (Drug, Alcohol and Pollution Control) Regulations 20121 are called the Principal Regulations. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
