Local Government Order 2016
I make the following order under
section 137(1)(b) of the
Local Government Act 1993
. 1 February 2016 PETER GUTWEIN Minister for Planning and Local Government
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Local Government Order 2016 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Transfer of land to Flinders Council
The land situated at Main Street, Lady Barron in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 86322, Folio 1 of the Register kept under
section 33 of the
Land Titles Act 1980
, is transferred to the Flinders Council. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 24 February 2016 This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
