Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Amendment Order 2016
I make the following order under
section 30(1) of the
Nature Conservation Act 2002
. 22 March 2016 MATTHEW GROOM Minister for Environment, Parks and Heritage
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Amendment Order 2016 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Principal Order
In this order, the
Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Order 2004
is referred to as the Principal Order.
4.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Order 2004 .
5.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Order 2004 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 30 March 2016 This order is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.
