I make the following order under
section 197 of the
Inland Fisheries Act 1995
. 12 May 2016 JEREMY ROCKLIFF Minister for Primary Industries and Water
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Inland Fisheries (Seasons and Waters) Amendment Order 2016 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on 1 August 2016.
3.
Principal Order
In this order, the
Inland Fisheries (Seasons and Waters) Order 1996
is referred to as the Principal Order.
4.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Inland Fisheries (Seasons and Waters) Order 1996 .

The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Inland Fisheries (Seasons and Waters) Order 1996 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 8 June 2016 This order is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.
