I make the following order under
section 36 of the
Economic Regulator Act 2009
. 5 September 2016 M. T. (RENE) HIDDING Minister for Infrastructure
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Amendment Order 2016 .
2.
Principal Order
In this order, the
Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Order 2013
is referred to as the Principal Order.
3.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Order 2013 .
4.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Order 2013 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 7 September 2016 This order is administered in the Department of State Growth.
