No. 85/2013 Parliamentary Committees Act 2003 Parliamentary Committees Revocation Regulations 2013 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 25 June 2013 Responsible Minister: DENIS NAPTHINE Premier MATTHEW McBEATH Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Parliamentary Committees Regulations 2003. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 52 of the Parliamentary Committees Act 2003. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2013. 4 Revocation The Parliamentary Committees Regulations 20031 are revoked. ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
