Health Practitioners Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2020
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the
Health Practitioners Tribunal Act 2010 . 16 November 2020 C. WARNER Governor By Her Excellency's Command, ELISE ARCHER Minister for Justice
1.
Short title
These regulations may be cited as the
Health Practitioners Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2020 .
2.
Commencement
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Fee
For the purposes of
section 21(6)(e)
of the
Health Practitioners Tribunal Act 2010 , the prescribed fee for an application under
section 21(2)
or
(4)
of that Act is 150 fee units.
4.
Legislation rescinded
The legislation specified in
Schedule 1
is rescinded.
