I make the following notice under section 31 of the
COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Commercial Leases) Act 2020 . 28 January 2021 PETER GUTWEIN Treasurer

Short title
This notice may be cited as the
COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Commercial Leases) (Financial Hardship Cessation Day) Notice 2021 .
2.
Commencement
This notice takes effect on 31 January 2021.

Financial hardship cessation day
For the purposes of
section 31
of the
COVID-19 Disease Emergency (Commercial Leases) Act 2020 , 31 January 2021 is declared to be the financial hardship cessation day. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 28 January 2021 This notice is administered in the Department of Justice.
