Emergency Management Amendment Regulations 2021
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the
Emergency Management Act 2006 . 12 August 2021 B. BAKER Governor By Her Excellency's Command, J. PETRUSMA Minister for Police, Fire and Emergency Management
1.
Short title
These regulations may be cited as the
Emergency Management Amendment Regulations 2021 .
2.
Commencement
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Principal Regulations
In these regulations, the
Emergency Management Regulations 2020
are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4.
The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Emergency Management Regulations 2020 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 13 August 2021 These regulations are administered in the Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management.
