Major Infrastructure Development Approvals (North West Transmission Upgrades Project) Amendment Order 2022
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and in accordance with the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under
section 19(3) of the
Major Infrastructure Development Approvals Act 1999

1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Major Infrastructure Development Approvals (North West Transmission Upgrades Project) Amendment Order 2022 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Interpretation
In this order
Act
means the
Major Infrastructure Development Approvals Act 1999 .
4.
Principal Order
In this order, the
Major Infrastructure Development Approvals (North West Transmission Upgrades Project) Order 2020
is referred to as the Principal Order.
5.
The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Major Infrastructure Development Approvals (North West Transmission Upgrades Project) Order 2020 .
6.
Determination regarding alteration of order
The Minister has determined that this order will not alter the
Major Infrastructure Development Approvals (North West Transmission Upgrades Project) Order 2020
made by the Governor under
section 7(2)
of the Act to such an extent or to such effect that this order should be submitted to Parliament for its approval. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 9 March 2022 This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
