Launceston Flood Risk Management Order 2023
I make the following order under
section 4(1) of the
Launceston Flood Risk Management Act 2015
. 20 February 2023 Nic Street Minister for Local Government
1.
Short title
This order may be cited as the
Launceston Flood Risk Management Order 2023 .
2.
Commencement
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette .
3.
Principal Act
In this order, the
Launceston Flood Risk Management Act 2015
is referred to as the Principal Act.
4.
The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the
Launceston Flood Risk Management Act 2015 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the
Rules Publication Act 1953 . Notified in the Gazette on 1 March 2023 This order is administered in the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania.
