BAKER Governor By Her Excellency's Command, R. C. JAENSCH Minister for Education, Children and Youth 1. Short title These regulations may be cited as the Child Care (Fees) Regulations 2023 . 2. Commencement These regulations take effect on 5 June 2023. 3. Fees (1) The fees specified in Part 1 of Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees payable under the Child Care Act 2001 , in respect of the matters to which they relate, for the period 5 June 2023 to 30 June 2024. (2) The fees specified in Part 2 of Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees payable under the Child Care Act 2001 , in respect of the matters to which they relate, on and from 1 July 2024.
